With the NFL regular season coming to a close, the majority of the NFL front offices' attention will shift to the offseason process. Highlighted by the 2025 NFL Draft, teams will dive into prospect evaluation with special attention on the All-Star circuit and NFL Scouting Combine to improve their rosters' youth and overall talent. Fans of teams around the league have been scouring college football for their favorite players and team fits, and the draft gets closer every day. It's time for another 2025 NFL Mock Draft with the order of the non-playoff teams set.
Please note that the draft order is set using the real-time order at the time of publishing (during Sunday Night Football). Click on each player's name to read their full scouting report.
2025 NFL Mock Draft
1. Tennessee Titans
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Will Levis experience has ended in Tennessee, and a new sheriff will be in town on draft day. Shedeur Sanders' strengths with ball placement, accuracy, and pocket maneuverability mirror that of a quarterback Brian Callahan coached before he took the job in Tennessee. While some scouts might not have high grades on Sanders, Callahan might think differently.
2. Cleveland Browns
Cam Ward, QB, Miami
Cam Ward has the big arm to sling it in the cold Cleveland winters. While he has some things to learn, Kevin Stefanski does a great job building a run game around his quarterbacks and Ward won't have to be Superman all the time—but he can be when they ask him to. It's a good match.
3. New York Giants
Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
Brian Daboll's seat shouldn't be too hot, as giving Daniel Jones the contract wasn't his decision. They could be in the veteran quarterback market this offseason, looking at a quarterback like Sam Darnold, allowing them to take the best player in the draft in Travis Hunter. It doesn't matter which side of the ball he plays, but pairing him with Malik Nabers sounds like a good start.
4. New England Patriots
Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Drake Maye will be leading the Patriots' offense for the foreseeable future; hitting on that pick is half the battle, but he can't lead from his back. Kelvin Banks Jr. is a great place to start. He has good athletic ability, is physical and effective in the run game, and uses his hands well as a pass protector. He has upside in development. The Patriots improve along the offensive line.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Mason Graham, IDL, Michigan
Jacksonville needs talent along the interior of its defensive line. Maason Smith is starting to show signs of life, but pairing him with a true game-wrecker and the defensive end combo would be hard to turn down for the Jaguars.
6. Las Vegas Raiders
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
With the top quarterbacks out of range and none others worthy of a selection this high, the Raiders turn to the defensive side. They've cobbled their corner room together for a few seasons, but it's time to bring in an alpha corner. Will Johnson is that alpha. As the best pure corner in this class, he immediately improves the defensive back room in Las Vegas.
7. New York Jets
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Reports are already circling about the Jets getting rid of both Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams when the season is over. Not sure there's a QB in this class that'll have a high enough Madden rating for Woody Johnson to draft, so pairing Tetairoa McMillan on the other side of Garrett Wilson makes a lot of sense.
8. Carolina Panthers
Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
With Bryce Young showing more signs of life since he was benched, the Panthers can turn their attention to one of the most disruptive forces in this class. Abdul Carter isn't just drafting for need in Carolina, but he's a blue-chip pass rusher with an insane amount of upside. Would be a home run pick.
9. New Orleans Saints
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Josh Simmons was playing like the best tackle in the 2025 class before his injury, and this would be a great gift for the Saints. Taliese Fuaga looks the part but would be more comfortable in his better position on the right side, and Simmons can slot in at left. They would be bookend tackles for the foreseeable future in New Orleans.
10. Chicago Bears
Will Campbell, OT, LSU
Caleb Williams is the guy in Chicago and will be for a long time, but their offensive line is awful. A lack of talent and continuity has produced a poor product for the Bears offense. There are questions about Will Campbell's length and ability to effectively play tackle at the NFL level. However, he's one of the best offensive linemen in the draft, and he'll improve that offensive line wherever he lines up.
11. San Francisco 49ers
Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
While there's hope Trent Williams remains in San Francisco, he's 36 years old and there must be a plan in place for when he ultimately retires. Aireontae Ersery can come in and play on the right side for the 49ers with his athletic ability, fantastic hands, and consistency that the 49ers should welcome in that room. He gives them flexibility for the future as well.
12. Dallas Cowboys
Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
Even though Mike Zimmer took command of the defense this season, the team desperately needs impact talent to help Micah Parsons. Malaki Starks can play in the back end of their defense and improve their nickel spot immediately. His positional flexibility is a huge asset in the NFL.
13. Miami Dolphins
Donovan Jackson, IOL, Ohio State
Miami will be riding or dying with Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback, and keeping him upright is priority No. 1. Donovan Jackson had to flex out to left tackle after Josh Simmons got hurt and is having a great playoff run. While he's a dominant interior player, he's showing the ability to do more if asked of him. He'd immediately improve the Dolphins' offensive line.
14. Indianapolis Colts
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Indianapolis' tight end room is one of the most lackluster groups in the NFL. Having a reliable tight end in an offense helps move the chains, but a player of Tyler Warren's caliber can stretch the field and bring some gravity away from the other playmakers surrounding the young quarterback. This would be a lot of fun to watch.
15. Atlanta Falcons
Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
Atlanta has been searching for more pass-rush juice for years, with back-to-back years among the worst in the NFL at getting to the quarterback. Shemar Stewart doesn't have the production profile of a high-level draft pick, but the unreal athletic ability at his size is enough for a team to bet on and develop.
16. Arizona Cardinals
Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia
Rushing the quarterback remains one of the most sought-after skills in the draft, and Jalon Walker has the tools and pass-rush instincts to have an impact in the NFL. The Cardinals are finally getting a look at 2024 first-round pick Darius Robinson, and adding a highly skilled pass rusher who offers a little positional flex as a tweener would greatly help out their front.
17. Cincinnati Bengals
Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
We know the Bengals' defense is one of the worst in the NFL, and even if Trey Hendrickson remains in Cincinnati, he needs help on the opposite side if they're going to improve as a unit. Nic Scourton is a tenacious run defender and is starting to figure it out as a pass rusher at 20 years old. There's tons of potential to unlock.
18. Seattle Seahawks
Lathan Ransom, SAF, Ohio State
Mike Macdonald has done a fantastic job getting the Seattle defense going in the right direction to close out the season, but he will be looking for a few pieces to help unlock that defense. Lathan Ransom is an exceptionally versatile defensive back with the attitude Macdonald wants in his unit.
19. Houston Texans
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Dalton Schultz is not as dynamic as he once was, and even then, he was elevated by the quarterback play in Dallas and Houston. The Texans should address the offensive line in free agency and bring in Colston Loveland to elevate the offense with his ability after the catch and top-tier ball skills.
20. Denver Broncos
Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
Bo Nix has been operating Sean Payton's offense at a high level and looks to be the future of the Broncos organization. They had fantastic offensive line play this season but need weapons to surround Nix with. Luther Burden III has a unique ability with the ball in his hands and would be a welcome fit in the Broncos' offense.
21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
YaYa Diaby looks like a great day-two hit for the Buccaneers defense but Joe Tryon-Shoyinka never lived up to his potential and is a free agent this year. James Pearce Jr. is one of the quickest off-the-line pass rushers who started to put it together in the latter half of 2024. He'd make a fun pair with Diaby for years.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers
Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
If we've learned anything from the 2024 version of the Steelers, George Pickens isn't enough at the wide receiver position and Roman Wilson played five snaps this season. Emeka Egbuka brings a versatile skill set that pairs well with Pickens and adds a yards-after-the-catch element to the offense that the Steelers need.

23. Los Angeles Rams
Azareye’h Thomas, CB, Florida State
The Rams have found a physical brand of defensive football with the young front they've drafted and hit on. Azareye’h Thomas adds another layer to that with his length, press-man toughness, and willingness to come downhill and present against the run. Their defense needs talent in the back end and Thomas will bring ball production with him.
24. Green Bay Packers
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
In Jeff Hafley's first season, the pass rush wasn't what most expected it to be, and the development of some of the younger pass rushers has stalled. Mike Green has one of the most refined pass-rush toolboxes in this class, and he comes with youth and effort and lives in the backfield.
25. Los Angeles Chargers
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Leaning into the Jim Harbaugh aura with the Ashton Jeanty addition could be the perfect match for one of the most successful collegiate rushers of all time. J.K. Dobbins is a free agent and ended up getting hurt again, unfortunately. Jeanty would bring the physicality, mentality, and toughness Harbaugh craves.
26. Washington Commanders
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Jayden Daniels is a certified baller, and the Commanders' offense will be in good hands with him at the helm. But they need some defensive help, specifically at the defensive end position. Mykel Williams is a developing pass rusher who brings NFL-ready run-stopping play with him. If Dan Quinn can develop him as a pass rusher, Williams will lead their defense for a long time.
27. Baltimore Ravens
Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
Ronnie Stanley's contract is up, and Baltimore's offensive line has been in flux, trying to figure out the best combination. Josh Conerly Jr. came on late for the Ducks and pairs good athletic ability with length and recovery ability. He'd fit in perfectly with the Ravens.
28. Minnesota Vikings
Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
I know the Vikings, led by Sam Darnold, have been one of the most exciting teams in the NFL, but signs point to J.J. McCarthy taking over in 2025 so the Vikings don't have to pay Darnold. While Aaron Jones wants to remain a Viking, that shouldn't stop them from bringing in Omarion Hampton. Keep the running game strong and get younger at the same time.
29. Buffalo Bills
Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
Rasul Douglas is a free agent, and Buffalo's cornerback room depth isn't ideal. Benjamin Morrison has shown great ball production with tough man coverage skills, change of direction technique, and instincts to locate the ball in the air and play the receiver. His mentality and playstyle coming from Notre Dame will fit right in with the Bills.
30. Philadelphia Eagles
Marcus Mbow, OT, Purdue
Howie Roseman builds this team through the trenches, and getting ahead of the curve goes hand in hand with his strategy. Lane Johnson had another fantastic season and will likely be an all-pro, but having the next right tackle in-house when Johnson decides to retire would be ideal. Marcus Mbow is one of the most underrated tackles in this class and has fantastic hands. Jeff Stoutland would love to have him around.
31. Kansas City Chiefs
Tyleik Williams, IDL, Ohio State
Outside of Chris Jones, the Chiefs don't have proven, future talent at defensive tackle, and their attempts to add talent have disappointed. Tyleik Williams is a physically imposing tackle with a ton of upside. Few defensive tackles with his skill set get to learn from one of the best in the NFL, and it could be exactly what Williams needs to achieve his potential.
32. Detroit Lions
Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss
Aidan Hutchinson has carried the burden of being THE pass rush for the Lions for too long and he'll be coming back from an injury next season. Princely Umanmielen is an upside play with NFL size, get-off, and athletic ability to prosper across from the workhorse in Detroit.
