Pros: He has good overall athleticism and excellent length for the position. He is a willing tackler in the run game and has shown good efficiency as a wrap up tackler on the perimeter. In the passing game he does an excellent job using his length as a rerouter. He gets a good stab at the line of scrimmage and easily stays in the hip pocket of the receiver. His good technique and length allow him to recover when a receiver has gotten a step on him. He displays good eyes in man coverage. He also has very good ball skills. He projects favorably in red-zone and goal line situations, as well as contested catch situations and 50/50 balls due to his length, ball skills and competitiveness.

Cons: He is an outside only corner who doesn't posses the positional flexibility to kick down inside in sub packages. Off man may be an issue with this player against shorter more dynamic receivers, particularly in the short to intermediate range. He is a long limbed, high cut corner who may have a problem getting out of his break on the underneath routes. Although he is excellent in press coverage, he will stab 2 hands at times, putting him in an all or nothing situation. He could afford to stab the off hand, stay on top and mirror in order to get the most out of the rep.
