Justin aligns at WR for the Tiger offense. They have played him at the X, Z and the E positions.  This player demonstrates good overall athleticism for the position. In the run game he is good. Although he doesn’t have elite upper body strength, he is a willing stalk blocker in the run game. He is only sufficient running with the football after the catch and this will not be a strength in the NFL. In the passing game he is sufficient. As a route runner he’s a bit of a strider but has displayed some suddenness off the line of scrimmage. He is not a dynamic athlete in terms of his change of direction and overall agility. He could afford to improve his ability to consistently beat press either with strength or by improving his average overall foot quickness at the line of scrimmage. He needs to be more consistent coming hard off the ball late in games. He has sufficient deep speed on 8 and 9 routes, while also displaying good catch efficiency in the exposures I evaluated.  He displays good instincts against zone and will adjust his route accordingly. He is a crafty route runner who knows how to set up defenders to win against man coverage.  Due to his lack of elite dynamic ability in a short area, he needs to become more consistent at extending on his catches. He may very well be in a lot of contested catch situations against man coverage and has shown some instances of allowing the ball to get into his frame. He is competitive and is good in contested catch situations while demonstrating very good body control to adjust on back shoulder throws. Plays with good toughness and will catch flanker drives and shallow crosses over middle when contact is imminent. Appears to be more effective in the intermediate to deep areas. In the NFL, I do not see a starter for most teams and therefore will have to increase his value in the kicking game make himself more of an asset. On 3rd down he should. Probably remain off the ball and develop more upper body strength in order to play X. He currently projects with minimal value in the kicking game.
