One of the best feelings as an NFL Draft analyst is finding a prospect that has NFL-level talent but has flown a bit "under the radar." In today's age, that is becoming increasingly rare as information on potential NFL Draft prospects has more readily available to the public. Still, looking at Non-Power 5 schools for talented prospects is a way to find some diamonds in the rough.

Some of the best current college football teams play outside of the Power 5, and with that comes an influx of draftable prospects. While some of these prospects might not get the recognition of those competing in the SEC, there is plenty of talent distributed throughout the country.

I've ranked the top 10 NFL Draft prospects from outside of the Power 5 ahead of the 2019 college football season. That includes every school from the "Group of 5" conferences and the schools who compete as "Independents."

Here were those who just missed the cut: D’Eriq King, Elijah Riley, Richie Grant, Antonio Gandy-Golden, Chase Claypool.
