James Madison and Oregon will square off in the College Football Playoff on Saturday evening. The No. 5 seed versus the No. 12 seed has a multi-score spread in the Ducks’ favor. There are also 2026 NFL Draft implications with several intriguing prospects participating.

We've identified and analyzed the eight most notable draft-eligible prospects in Saturday's CFP showdown between Oregon and James Madison.

Dante Moore, QB, Oregon

Whether or not Oregon quarterback Dante Moore declares for the 2026 NFL Draft is arguably the biggest pre-draft storyline to follow. Moore will probably make his decision based on how he performs throughout the CFP. The one-year starter is incredibly poised given his inexperience. Arm talent and mobile playmaking ability make him a potential top overall pick in the draft.

Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

One of Moore's top targets is tight end Kenyon Sadiq. Sadiq is poised for a big-time showing against James Madison. The Dukes, unfortunately, don't have any defenders capable of matching his athleticism. As impressive as a pass catcher as the Ducks standout is, he's also an excellent in-line blocker at the line of scrimmage, rounding out a diverse skill set that should make him a top-20 selection in April.

A’Mauri Washington, DT, Oregon

Defensive tackle A'Mauri Washington moves incredibly well at 6-foot-3, 330 pounds. A 3-tech skill set with a nose tackle's body, Washington pairs initial quickness with size to be a balanced defender versus the pass and run. The Detroit, Michigan native is another potential first-round pick on this Oregon team.

Nick DeGennaro, WR, James Madison

Nick DeGennaro is the Dukes' lone draftable talent. The Old Bridge, New Jersey native couldn't ask for a larger spotlight to improve his pre-draft stock. The 6-foot-1, 196-pound DeGennaro has produced 23 receptions for 410 yards and four touchdowns this campaign.

Matayo Uiagalelei, EDGE, Oregon

Ducks EDGE Matayo Uiagalalei was capturing some first-round buzz early in the season, but he went fairly cold down the stretch. Uiagalalei recorded just one sack in Oregon's final seven regular-season contests. A strong showing throughout the CFP would get athletic defensive end trending back in the desired direction.

Emmanuel Pregnon, IOL, Oregon

Emmanuel Pregnon is among the better interior prospects in a fairly weak draft class. He's aggressive with power and a stout anchor. Pregnon won't be tested versus James Madison, but scouts will be monitoring how he handles more difficult matchups in the latter rounds of the CFP.

Isaiah World, OT, Oregon

Isaiah World possesses the makings of a future NFL starter at either offensive tackle position. He's athletic, flexible, rangy, and explosive. Finding more down-to-down consistency will be key to World reaching his ceiling. The Nevada transfer has acclimated to big-boy football admirably, but there are instances where you can tell this is his first season at a major program.

Dillon Thieneman, SAF, Oregon

This safety class is open to personal interpretation after Caleb Downs. It's within reason that Oregon's Dillon Thieneman could be the second safety drafted in April. Thienemen has recorded two interceptions and 64 tackles on a loaded Ducks defense throughout 2025 after transferring from Purdue.
