NAME: Jordan Fuller

JERSEY: No. 4

RECRUITMENT RATING: 4-star

HT: 6-1

WT: 210 lbs

D.O.B.: 3/4/1998

PROS: Looks to be a terrific natural athlete. Has dynamic range when confident in keys to drive into action and has impressive sideline to sideline mobility. Early returns in 2018 suggest Fuller is much more confident making reads and being decisive with his challenges against both the pass and the run. Has been used in a wide range of skills, asked with playing deep middle, man to man coverage and as a blitz defender. Best man to man reps come from off man in the slot, has linear explosiveness to drive back into a position to challenge the football if routes are carried across the middle of the field.

CONS: Tackle challenges and angles closing into the ball still require a lot of work. Fuller is too quick to over-pursue and needs to illustrate more patience as he closes in on ball carriers. Doesn’t finish a lot of his reps, would love to see some added intent to drop shoulder pads and play more of an enforcer role on the back end or as a clean-up tackler. Is a much better defender in space than playing forward into the LOS or being a supplemental tackler for short game due to uninspiring tackling and pursuit.
