PROS: Catch-man technique is pretty good. Mirrored well in man coverage reps vs Georgia. Physical at the top of routes in man. Overall fluidity and athleticism is a plus. Flashes the ability to close on the ball and make plays as a deep safety. Size and movement skills are intriguing. Not utilized single-high very often, but seems to have the range to play there. Nickel corner may be his best spot in the NFL, due to his man coverage skills.

CONS: Dreadful angles as an open-field tackler. Run fills are late due to slow mental processing. Fair to question how physical he is. Takes wide angles to avoid blockers. When he is locked up, struggles to get off blocks around the box. Not an explosive mover. Got ran through and over as a tackler vs Georgia. Nick Chubb sonned him regularly. Oft-utilized as a speed bump. Worst tackler of all defensive players I’ve scouted in the SEC. Slow processor in coverage at times too. Takes some rough angles as a deep safety that put him behind the ball.
